Prices
Prices are all given in Euros and are fixed according to the price list in use at the time of expedition.

VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT whereas applicable. VAT charges are regulated by European Union laws and regulations. Delivery charges are to be paid by the customer and are not subject to VAT.

Minimum Orders
There are no minimum orders.

Payment Methods
We accept payment with PAYPAL Standard or by cheque / wire transfer. This site utilises SSL to encrypt all communications with PAYPAL and ensure your details are transmitted securely. Credit card details are exclusively entered in PAYPAL and are not held by Confit de France in www.confitdefrance.com.

Availability of Products / Supply of Goods
these offers are valid while stocks last. In the event of an item being out of stock for a confirmed order where payment was received, a choice of substitute products will be offered to the customer. The customer will be able to decline the substitute product and be reimbursed of the cost of the missing product.

Deliveries
No orders will be dispatched until payment has been received and/or accepted by the relevant payment institution or bank. The customer will be informed either by e-mail, telephone or by post letter in case of difficulties arising in the course of processing the payment.

Refund Policy
Exchanges or refund shall be provided in the event of a damaged or incorrect delivery. The addressee must check over the number of parcels, nature and condition in the presence of the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Any defects or mistakes shall be reported immediately and signed by Addressee on the remit advice note given to the delivery agent. The absence of any reserves on the remit advice note nullifies all complaints. Once delivered, Confit de France cannot take responsibility for the cost of the return of items. Should the address of delivery recorded on www.confitdefrance.com be incorrect, Confit de France will invoice the customer for all forwarding charges, and/or return, and/or re-consignment of the goods.

Cancellations
Dispatched Orders cannot be cancelled. A €5.00 cancellation fee may be charged where an order has been processed and is awaiting dispatch. Confit de France reserves the right to reject or cancel orders from customers currently under litigation with Confit de France or where Confit de France has legitimate reasons to believe that orders were wrongfully placed to alter the stock quantity available for further sales. Where cheque / wire transfer payment option was offered to customer at the time, Confit de France reserves the right to cancel cheque / wire transfer payment orders where payment was not received after 10 working days from the date the order was placed; Confit de France will issue three e-mail notifications to customer prior to cancelling the cheque / wire transfer payment order: the notifications will consist of a payment reminder e-mail, a pending payment warning e-mail and a cancellation order e-mail which will be sent respectively 5, 7 and 10 days after the order was registered in www.confitdefrance.com. Should a cheque / wire transfer payment be received after the order was cancelled, payment will be returned or reimbursed to customer unless customer decides to place an order for same amount into www.confitdefrance.com.
